Taylor Momsen was spotted on the New York City set of “Gossip Girl” earlier today (February 1).

She apparently smokes to stay skinny.

In related news, Taylor was recently criticized for her unhealthy smoking habit, especially since she’s only 16 years old.

Patrick Reynolds, director of the Foundation for a Smoke-Free America, told press, “She really has an extra responsibility to bear as an actress idolized by little girls out there.  For her to be smoking sends the wrong message to kids.  Evidence shows that stars do influence kids to smoke.”

Taylor’s response to that was ” I f**king dont care! I’m not trying to be a role model to kids and teenagers”

Taylor Momsen was spotted meandering around the set of “Gossip Girl” earlier today (January 27).

Needless, to say she needs to gain some weight.

In related news, Taylor recently explained that it’s a good thing she wasn’t chosen for the “Hannah Montana” gig when she auditioned at 9 years old.

“Honestly, if I’d have ended up as Hannah Montana, I don’t know if the show would have gone as well. I probably would have told them all to go f*** themselves by the time I hit 11. And I don’t know how that would have gone down. It’s great for Miley, but I really like where I am right now and I feel really fortunate to be able to really be myself.”
