Keeping her New Year’s Resolution, Kelly Osbourne is eating right.

“I’ve completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing with the Stars” Kelly explained. “A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. “

Revealing her secret, she says, “They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I’ve found just having a tiny little snack — like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps.”

Casey Johnson was found dead in Los Angeles on Monday morning (January 4).

According to TMZ reports, Miss Johnson, who is the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, died of still undetermined causes at her residence.

She was Tila Tequila’s Fiance’.

Confirming the sad news, Tila wrote on her Twitter account: “Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w family.”

In the  pictures, taken just a few weeks ago with Tila, she looked good weight-wise, so it cannot be weight related. Some of the obvious reasons could be drugs/ drinking.

Carrie Underwood  admits that her beautiful physique is anything but effortless to maintain.

In a radio interview, the country singer says, “I carry all my stress weight, all my potato chip weight around my mid section. You’ve got to fight genetics sometimes.”

Spilling some of secrets, Underwood told, “I do not eat catering. I have a refrigerator on the bus and when we’re in a decent town that has a decent grocery store, I just go and stock up. My off days on the road are spent doing laundry and buying groceries.”

Of the star’s new personal trainer, Tony Greco, she says he “is kicking my butt. I need it. Especially with a tour coming up and a wedding to look good for.”
