Jessica Biel was spotted leaving BBC Radio 1 studios in London, England today (July 28).
In a recent interview, Jessica said her latest gig “The A-Team” was a natural fit, as she loves being active. “I’ve always been a physical person, so it’s a big part of my life. Later today, I’ll hit a yoga class, run for an hour or swim because I need to move my body, even if I’ve been working all day.”
“It’s who I am. I hike with my dogs, which keeps me clearheaded, and I mix yoga with lots of cardio circuit training. It’s very boring, but it keeps up the maintenance, so I don’t lose or gain weight.”

Jessica Biel was spotted in London, England earlier today (July 26).
She’s even gotton skinnier lately! Super Skinny..Ripped….Well needless to say, she’s been known to be an extremly healthy eater..for example..oatmeal for breakfast, veg protien & vegetables for lunch…tons of fruits and vegetales for dinner…low carb..not to mention…she worksout 7 days a week. No wonder she has a killer body!

Out for an afternoon bike ride together, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were spotted on the west side highway of New York City on Friday (July 23).
Jessica, who has always had a love for healthy living, recently admitted that – although food is like a drug to her – she keeps her diet very clean.
Jess told press, “I love food, love it. But I’m really disciplined and boring most of the time. It’s so true!”

28 year old spring day, Jessica Biel was spotted enjoying a lunch meet-up at Toast restaurant with some friends in Beverly Hills, California on Wednesday (April 14).
Yum , cookie… Wonder if she was having the cookie as a desert after her lunch or the cookie was the lunch. Either way she’s fit and beautiful.
