Alba tweets that she does , “cardio treadmill [run] ,stationary bike and elliptical.”

Demi Moore was spotted in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (November 10).
Looks like shes drinking is diet red bull. US Weekly reports that she lives on water, coffee and occational handfull of almonds. An eye witness said that recently Demi did not even touch the salad she had ordered for lunch, instead sipped on black coffee.
