Always one to keep on top of her appearance, Jennifer Aniston credits a healthy diet and exercise for her fine form.
She tells UK Harper’s Bazaar’s May issue, “Look, I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don’t starve myself in an extremist way.You’re not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I’d be devastated. My advice: just stop eating sh** every day.”

Also admitting that she’s not opposed to a little Botox help, the 41-year-old reveals, “I could do [Botox], and I mean these lines are getting deeper every day, but when I tell you what’s happened to me — these lines are just about living.”

Victoria Secret Model Marisa Miller stopped by Conan O’Brien’s“The Tonight Show” in Los Angeles on Tuesday Nite.

Miller recently opened up to OK! about how she maintains her amazing figure, telling, “One of the most important things is consistency, which is difficult for me with all the traveling I do. I have to plan a lot. I bring nutrition bars with me in case I’m in a pinch and can’t get a salad or something fresh.”

She is really really Skinny!

Kim Kardashian was in Miami, FL for a Quick Trim photo shoot over the weekend. She tweeted a picture of herself making the below statement. [btw, why does her face look like a fish.If she relaxes her face during photo shoot-she will look much better]

“I finally feel I’ve reached my goal!” Kim tweeted and recently revealed that she lost almost 10 pounds this year, slimming down from 125 to 114 lbs.
Kardashian lost weight by cutting back on junk food and working out 3-5 times a week. In addition to cardio and light weight-lifting, Kim does lots of lower-body exercise to keep her thighs and butt toned.

Victoria Beckham was spotted out with the boys in North Hollywood on Friday. She and the kids, grabbed afternoon snacks at Yogurtland.

Victoria proudly showed off her slim figure – which she attributes to her healthy eating ways and exercise routine.
She tells, “I’m not going to lie – I’m not one of those people that says, ‘Oh, I eat hamburgers’. I eat salad. And I start off every day with a double espresso. Then I get on the running machine and I run like a bat out of hell.”

Atleast she’s honest about her calorie restriction and her crazy workout. Obviously the less we consume and the more we workout, the slimmer we get! Makes sense.

Heidi Klum was spotted arriving back in Los Angeles this morning.

Heidi confessed that “She was super pumped to be walking the runway just five weeks after welcoming her fourth child. She adds that she breast feeds her new born, which accelerates her post pregancy weight loss. She added “I pre-pump a lot of milk, leave in the freezer, when I travel”

Hiedi, like other Celebs seems to be on a ‘Starbuck Coffee Diet’ as well.
