Bethenny Frankel was spotted at the GLAAD Manhattan Summer Rooftop Event last night (August 3).

Not a huge fan of her face, but she has a rock hard, fit, skinny body. Ofcourse the key is less calories and working out like crazy. Needless to say she’s been known to be obsessed with her body weight[ as most of us are].
She looks a like she’s aged a bit after the baby. She’s a smart, hardworking & talented girl, but when she talks…boy! her mouth goes is every possibe direction[a bit annoying & not too pretty to look at]

Bethenny Frankel was spotted on the “FOX & Friends” morning show yesterday (July 18).

Words cannot describe , how stunning her body looks just months fatre the irth of her baby girl. She is skinny & super fit. One can only acquire such body by constantly working out & keeping a low calorie intake of or less than 1000 or 1200/day. The only downside to her is that she looks very wrinkled, not to mention she talks tooo much. But otherwise I like her straighforwardness, honesty & discipline.

Part of the program involved Bethenny sharing her secret to having a delicious guacamole dip without all the guilt.
Her recipe is (via FOX News):
Makes about 1 ½ cups
Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 cup cooked green peas
1/4 cup chopped fresh tomato
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. You garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips, whole grain crackers, and raw vegetables.

Bethenny Frankel was spotted at the Borders Bookstore at the Time Warner Center in New York City yesterday (January 6). She was launching her new book “The Skinnygirl Dish”

Of her new book, Bethenny told press, “Basically I don’t believe in fat free, I really don’t and I think that most ‘diet’ and low fat cookbooks- it tastes like glue and it tastes bad or bland or fake and you end up wanting something else.”
And Ms. Frankel says her book will help readers find a diet they can stick to. “So, this is the big resolution month and everybody goes to eating their grilled chicken and steamed vegetables and in two weeks, they’re back, and they’re on the wagon because it’s unsustainable.”
“The entire book has really flavorful, really decadent recipes. There are pancakes in there. I’ve remade the spinach and artichoke dip, which is that Huston’s dangerous thing that no one wants to touch, but I remade it. It’s just as good and it’s healthy for you. Same thing with guacamole, I have a mock-a-mole. So, I have my little tricks where I create much, much healthier versions of decadent foods.”

Bethenny Frankel of Real Housewives of New York City announced her pregnancy last fall, shortly after her engagement announcement to Jason Hoppy In a recent interview with Life & Style magazine, Betheny admitted that she no longer fits into her pants, calling her pregnancy puffiness “very liberating.”
She’s the author of Naturally Thin: Unleash Your SkinnyGirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting Craving. She has estimatedly gained only about five pounds. And she criticized women who “think being pregnant is one giant binge,” saying “you should check yourself before you wreck yourself.”
The Skinnygirl diet expert said she is not altering her current way of keeping her weight in check. “If I eat chocolate cake at lunch, I try not to have it after dinner. By no means is it dieting, but I’m trying to maintain some sort of balance because I’ll have to deal with it later,” Bethenny told the reporter, adding “I’m actually thinking of writing a pregnancy book. There’s no reason to gain 75 pounds.”
