Earlier today (July 23) Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas were spotted helping out a very special cause.

Yep, after making carzy news about her anorexic body just weeks ago, she’s definetly gained a bit of weight. She looks healthy, but for some reason her face does not look so good. It looks older.
