Ashley Tisdale Bloated Or Gained Weight?

Last night (July 29) Ashley Tisdale and Aly Michalka were spotted at the 2010 Summer TCA Tour.
Cant really see her body in these pic, however her face /neck look plump…Probaly one of those bloat days….Dont really think she could have gained weight.
