Alessandra is thin yes, but one can tell that she works out a lot in order to maintain her body. Miranda on the other hand lacks the definition, hence she probably restricts on food in order to look like this. That's why I could see Ambrosio eating more than Miranda but ending up thinner and more toned because she actually works out hard.
