Alessandra Ambrosio’s Skinny Fitness Tips

Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted filming in SoHo(NYC) yesterday.

In a recent interview, Alessandra told UK GQ magazine that she worked out four days a week to gear up for the magazine’s photo spread.

Ms. Ambrosio explained, “Last year, because I had a baby and I had to lose pounds, I did a lot of cardio. This year is all about weights, squats and lunges.”
